Design is optional. When a job needs artwork, it goes to the studio and comes back to the counter. Nothing is printed until that design is approved.
The shop

ALL Digital works from Plot 17949, Unit 5 & 6, Haile Selassie, Gaborone. The same team designs, prints, embroiders, engraves, roll-presses, and tailors. You deal with reception. The floor does the rest.
A reprint with a finished file skips design and goes straight to the technician.
Sublimation does not stop at the printer. After the print, the roll press transfers it and the tailors finish the garment. Then it returns to reception.

Can you design it?
Yes. Say so when you ask for a quote. You will see the artwork at reception before production starts.
How fast are flyers?
The shop has advertised A5 double-sided flyers on 170 gsm, ready the same day when the artwork is already approved.
Do you finish garments?
Sublimation, roll pressing, and tailoring are all on this floor, so a shirt can be printed and sewn without leaving the shop.
